Dungeness Crab Cakes
The crab cakes were cooked to perfection with the curry aioli adding flavor but not too much heat. The apple-fennel relish provided a freshness that balanced the flavors! Will order again!
Oysters on the Half Shell*
Every trip to Fins has been great! The staff is always welcoming and attentive, the food is always delicious, and we especially love sitting out on the patio during the Summer. You won't be disappointed with a meal at Fins, and you have to give the oysters a try!
Dungeness Crab Bisque
This is by far the best crab bisque I've ever tasted. It's creamy, rich (but not overly rich) and heavy on the crab! Simple and perfect every time.
King Salmon
Fins Bistro hits it out of the park yet again!! Melt in your mouth Salmon, just the kind you live in the northwest to eat, cooked to perfection, and seasoned beautifully paired with a nice wine (they help you chose). Start with the clams and mussels with some warm bread and finish with any dessert. They create a romantic, intimate ambience and the owner himself oftens wanders around greeting guests. Dinner here - you can''t go wrong!
Butternut Squash Ravioli
We love Fins. Amazing food and great changing, seasonally appropriate menu. Awesome owners, really good wine selection and cocktails. Also, strangely equally great with our or for a quiet date night. Cannot say enough good things.
Dungeness Crab Cakes
Perfection! The balance of flavor and textures were excellent. The apple fennel relish gave it the fresh crisp texture that goes so well with crab cakes.

Absolutely delicious steak and exceptional service as always. Fins is our family's go to location in Issaquah for any special occasion.
Fins' Original Crab Bisque
Rich and delicious! Not too salty like a lot of bisques. Perfect for a cold winter day
Grilled Spanish Octopus
Delicious dish! The octopus was seasoned to perfection and the garnishes were great as well. We will definitely be getting this again!
